Former students can request official transcripts online, by mail, or in person for a fee of $2.00 per transcript. Transcript requests will not be processed until all required paperwork and payment are received. All official transcripts are sent out via USPS unless picked up in person.

This is a convenient way to request your transcript, but you need to follow all 4 steps or your request will NOT be processed.
Step 1 - Pay Online (Click Here)
Step 2 – Make a Digital Copy of a Valid Photo ID Card
Step 3 – Complete the Online Transcript Request Form
Step 4 – Email Documents to firstname.lastname@example.org
In Person or By Mail
If requesting transcripts through the mail, allowed transit time for your request to arrive to us. Forms received without payment or missing information will not be processed.
